Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Diversity and Inclusion Program Director to lead our office administration, manage large projects, and develop departmental objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, diversity, and inclusion, with experience working on complex projects and managing project budgets. This role requires a strategic approach to ensure efficiency and cross-collaboration in all projects.

About the Role:
As a Diversity and Inclusion Program Director, you will be responsible for managing the office administration, including budgeting and staffing. You will assist the office in performing business process improvement and organizational initiatives, develop, implement, and evaluate departmental objectives and activities to support business decision-making, and ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will also manage large, complex short and long-term projects as assigned by the Vice President/Chief Diversity Officer (VP/CDO).

Responsibilities:
* Manage large, complex short and long-term projects as assigned by the VP/CDO
* Develop, implement, and evaluate departmental objectives and activities to support business decision-making
* Assist the office in performing business process improvement and organizational initiatives
* Manage office administration, including budgeting and staffing
* Work with the VP/CDO and Director to manage all incoming and outgoing projects, programs, and client relations, including marketing communications and partnerships
* Apply strategic approach to ensure efficiency and cross-collaboration in all projects
* Identify, capture, and achieve operational and strategic improvement opportunities
* Advance organizational performance by utilizing a systems approach to analyzing processes, building relationships, and facilitating change

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required in finance, information technology, business, or a relevant field. A Master's in Business, Health Administration, or relevant field is preferred
* 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience within a program/project management, diversity, and inclusion, data, education, or human resources function that must include: Minimum four (4) years experience implementing large, complex projects
* Minimum three (3) years experience working on project(s) involving project life cycle methodologies
* Minimum three (3) years experience managing project budgets
* Minimum of 2 years experience managing large programs with multiple project work streams
* Minimum four (4) years experience leading project teams

Salary Range:
$43.50 - $69.60 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
