What You'll Do:
This key leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing programs and services that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. You will work closely with the Vice President/Chief Diversity Officer (VP/CDO) and other senior leaders to advance the organization's commitment to diversity and inclusion. As a seasoned professional, you will bring your expertise in program development, project management, and team leadership to drive positive change and foster a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement programs and services that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
* Collaborate with senior leaders to advance the organization's commitment to diversity and inclusion
* Manage large, complex projects and initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion
* Provide guidance and support to staff members on diversity and inclusion-related issues
* Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required in finance, information technology, business, or a relevant field. A Master's in Business, Health Administration, or relevant field is preferred
* 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience within a program/project management, diversity, and inclusion, data, education, or human resources function that must include: Minimum four (4) years experience implementing large, complex projects
* Minimum three (3) years experience working on project(s) involving project life cycle methodologies
* Minimum three (3) years experience managing project budgets
* Minimum of 2 years experience managing large programs with multiple project work streams
* Minimum four (4) years experience leading project teams

Salary Range:
$43.50 - $69.60 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
