About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in human capital strategy, organizational change management, and workforce analytics to drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with our federal sponsors, other federal agencies, and private sector partners to develop and implement innovative solutions that address complex national and global challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans that align with business objectives
  • Conduct data-driven workforce analytics to inform business decisions
  • Lead organizational change management initiatives to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions
  • Provide strategic advice to federal sponsors and project teams on workforce management and organizational change
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 years' professional experience in human resources management, organizational change management, or related field
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance
  • Demonstrated experience with federal authorities and policies for workforce management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS, MBA, or PhD in human resources management, organizational development, or related field
  • HR certifications (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/-SCP) a plus
  • Experience with management consulting in the federal government sector and/or government experience
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
