Your Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will:

  • Guide a talented group with your insights and expertise.
  • Develop mathematically sound solutions to complex information science challenges.
  • Prototype advanced algorithms within an agile development framework.
  • Create high-performance software for a range of applications, from tactical systems to web platforms.
  • Utilize sophisticated modeling and simulation tools, innovative analysis methods, and adaptable computing resources to evaluate the advantages of our technology.
  • Engage with clients to ensure their mission-critical requirements are met successfully.
  • Communicate your work effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied or Computational Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Controls and Dynamical Systems, Aerospace Engineering, Statistics and Probability, or a related discipline.

We value candidates with a strong academic background and experience in the following areas:
Applied Mathematics: differential equations, linear algebra, numerical analysis, and optimization techniques.
Engineering: controls, estimation theory, digital signal processing, and machine learning.
Scientific Computing: software design, algorithm implementation, and software testing and optimization.
Probability: statistics and random processes.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will need to convey complex technological concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Citizenship Requirement:
Due to the nature of our work, all candidates must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship and a personal history demonstrating trustworthiness and reliability.

Compensation:
The estimated annual base salary ranges from $80,900 to $164,300, in addition to potential incentives.
