Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Extended Stay Indy Air Southern S., you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and handling hotel operations with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Reservation Management: Make and modify reservations, handle room assignments, and ensure all guest requests are met.
  • Hotel Operations: Maintain the front desk area, handle guest inquiries, and provide information on hotel services and facilities.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain good communication with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Possess a positive and upbeat personality, with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service. Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality terminology is essential.
