The A.C. Coy Company is seeking a Senior Endpoint Management Engineer to take on a pivotal role in overseeing the configuration and management of enterprise-level systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct a skilled technical team focused on the configuration and management of Intune, Endpoint Configuration Manager, and various endpoint management tools.
  • Oversee the support for end-user devices, including tablets, PCs, smartphones, and printers.
  • Lead the design and development of programs, scripts, reports, interfaces, distribution packages, images, provisioning templates, policies, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with essential endpoint management vendors.
  • Mentor and guide team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  • Ensure active participation in IT projects requiring endpoint management expertise.
  • Drive the adoption and enhancement of diverse PC solutions, aligning with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
  • Establish and manage processes for developing technical standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate end-user experience solutions into broader IT initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess team performance in fulfilling their responsibilities.
  • Formulate and implement strategies for organization-wide changes and upgrades.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and solutions, prioritizing IT support personnel and end-user needs.

Qualifications:

Education: A combined minimum of 10 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in engineering and/or architecture focused on endpoint management design.
  • 4 years of leadership experience, including people management.
  • Extensive expertise in Intune PC Management and Endpoint Configuration Manager, including co-management, Autopilot, and mobile device management policies and configurations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate technical teams.
  • Recognized as a leader in Endpoint Management technologies.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) implementation and management.
  • Background in developing and executing strategies for cloud-based virtual PC solutions.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell.
