Position Overview

The Senior Process Engineering Project Manager is responsible for delivering project engineering and management solutions for capital investment initiatives across various engineering sectors within the organization.

  • Identifying and prioritizing key tasks during project implementation
  • Facilitating work processes and collaborating with different departments, external contractors, and resources
  • Assessing, modifying, and forecasting the potential impact of upcoming projects on organizational goals
  • Performing technical evaluations to ensure adherence to established guidelines and regulations
  • Enforcing legal, economic, safety, and environmental standards and regulations
  • Executing preliminary engineering concepts, studies, and strategic plans
  • Enhancing processes and conducting risk evaluations
  • Overseeing engineering responsibilities such as process planning, cost analysis, project timelines, safety assessments, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, ideally in chemical or mechanical disciplines
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
  • Proven experience in mentoring junior engineers
  • Familiarity with applicable codes, construction methodologies, and OSHA safety standards
  • Proficient in process flow diagrams, equipment specifications, piping design, and related areas
  • Capability to develop engineering cost projections, project timelines, and manage vendor services
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities

Compensation includes an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits. Relocation assistance and H1B visa referrals are available for eligible candidates.
