Job Summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join their team in a permanent, on-site role. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management and project team, ensuring the smooth operation of office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management and project team members to discuss projects, budgets, and other relevant matters.
  • Assist the Senior Vice President with administrative tasks, including document preparation, project updates, and deadline tracking.
  • Attend sales meetings and provide support as needed.
  • Report on project status updates, including any delays or issues.
  • Ensure the project team has the necessary resources to complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Project Coordinator or Office Manager role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
