Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with training in grant writing and management. A Master’s degree is an advantage. Candidates should have five to seven years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of municipal operations.

Supervision and Guidelines

This position reports directly to the Finance Director and operates within established guidelines, including various grants management manuals and local regulations.
