A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with training in grant writing and management. A Master’s degree is an advantage. Candidates should have five to seven years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of municipal operations.
Knowledge and Skills Required- Familiarity with federal and state grant availability and audit requirements.

This position reports directly to the Finance Director and operates within established guidelines, including various grants management manuals and local regulations.
