JobRialto is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our Warehouse Leadership Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including scanning, indexing, and filing of materials.
- Manage visits for the leadership team, plan agendas, prepare presentations, and coordinate banquet orders.
- Act as a liaison for all participants, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Support various projects, organize and schedule appointments, write and distribute emails, correspondence, forms, and memos.
- Maintain supplies inventory for the office, managing stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Process bills of lading for daily shipping and coordinate with carriers.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Team to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Call carriers for shipments departing and answer incoming phone calls.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support positions.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience working in SAP (S/4 preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work with a high level of integrity and ethics.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
