Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business process improvements and systems management to ensure the firm operates profitably.
- Ensure client needs are met while adhering to legal and ethical standards, providing exceptional service.
- Lead and manage employee performance, including supervision and termination when necessary.
- Utilize financial reports to inform decision-making (budget variance, profit and loss statements, cash flow forecasts).
- Oversee the management of the bookkeeper, accountant, technology systems, and other vendors.

Qualifications:
While knowledge of personal injury law is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates must have verifiable experience in a leadership role within a medium to large organization, with the capability to forecast financial outcomes, guide team members, and commit to the firm's overall success.
