  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving materials, to ensure that production operations are not disrupted by stock shortages.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.

**Requirements**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in a production management role, with a proven track record of success in leading production teams and improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of production staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in inventory management and cost control.

  • Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
