We are in search of a Client Account Partner to spearhead our growth initiatives and expansion strategies. This role involves cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and driving business growth within our established client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and direct the account strategy, growth execution, and overall financial performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client portfolio, effectively presenting Blend360's services and capabilities to secure new contracts; this includes drafting proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Negotiate pricing to ensure optimal value for clients.
- Maintain a comprehensive pipeline that includes all leads, opportunities, notes, and activities in a timely manner.
- Ensure overall client satisfaction through proactive engagement.
- Facilitate the alignment of the right Blend360 talent, skills, and offerings with client decision-makers.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience with a proven track record in client management or business development within the data-driven marketing, analytics, or data services sectors.
- Possess a proactive approach to developing high-quality relationships across client organizations.
- Ability to collaborate with Capability and Practice Leaders to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Passionate about leveraging data, analytics, and technology to enhance client outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction, results orientation, collaboration, and adaptability.
- Creative, resourceful, well-organized, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented.
- Strong presentation skills suitable for executive-level discussions.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
