About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Swift Development team as the Lead Project Manager for Swift Initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic technology landscape and are passionate about enhancing public transport solutions.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in managing projects within a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers benefit from the most comprehensive and convenient public transport ticketing options, including innovations such as contactless payments and value capping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project management disciplines including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
  • Adopt an agile methodology to facilitate collaboration within a broader delivery team.
  • Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Utilize strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to foster productive relationships.
