Position Overview

The overarching goal of this position is to oversee and lead multiple departments with the goal of delivering consistent, quality and timely results on every project that moves through the operations of Fravert Services. Responsible for leading the team of project managers by directing the project flow, assisting in complicated projects and working with the team on continuous improvement. The Operations Manager will also oversee the Installation and Design departments and their leads as direct reports to ensure the customer a positive, industry-leading experience in the design, production and installation of their custom interior and exterior signage and experiential graphics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct multiple departments to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project flow and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Oversee the Installation and Design departments and their leads to ensure quality and timely results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction or subcontracting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in leadership and management roles.
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management, with experience implementing solutions and collaborating across departments to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
