As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and securing new business opportunities, building and fostering meaningful relationships with key account customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and acquire new key accounts through leads, cold-calling, and strategic selling solutions.
  • Build and cultivate professional and long-term relationships with key account customers.
  • Identify and resolve any issues, complaints, and problems faced by key customers.
  • Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to foster efficient teamwork and deliver the best quality service to key account customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals as defined by the department leader.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above educational background.
  • Demonstrated success and experience in business and sales development and management, working with high-level customers.
  • Proven ability to sell creative solutions to high-level customer personnel.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and closing new business wins.
  • Solid business judgment.
  • Highly effective negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a good orientation to detail.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary, commission, and bonus eligible.
  • On-target compensation between $80,000 and $100,000 annually.
  • Commission earned on every invoice, uncapped.
  • Weekly sales incentives.
  • Health, Dental, and Vision benefits after 60 days.
  • Sick leave and paid vacation after 3 months of employment.
  • Eligible for company-matched 401K plan after 90 days of employment.
