Translational Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Translational Research Scientist to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our Translational Medicine department, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of new medicines and accelerating drug development timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Design, perform, and analyze in vitro and ex vivo experiments to validate biological and therapeutic hypotheses.
- Elucidate mechanisms of action and resistance to enable in-depth understanding of fundamental disease biology.
- Inform pharmacodynamic biomarker strategies for immunotherapies, tumor-targeted therapies, and combination therapies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to synthesize, integrate, and interpret experimental and computational findings.
- Ph.D. in Immunology, Cancer Biology, or related disciplines.
- Alternatively, a BS or MS degree in similar fields with a track record of scientific excellence and productivity.
- Deep understanding of cancer immunology, oncogenic signaling pathways, and translational drug development.
- Expertise in independently leading lab-based research projects involving a wide repertoire of experimental techniques.
- Independent and proactive with efficient time management and the ability to simultaneously progress multiple projects or experiments in parallel.
- Familiarity with in vivo pharmacology, single cell workflows, and spatial omics.
- Experience developing and validating clinical biomarker assays and strategies.
