Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups and needs-based reviews.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Property and Casualty license (currently held) and ability to obtain Life and Health license.
