Life Insurance Customer Service Specialist

- We seek a motivated Life Customer Service Representative to work effectively with agents, policyholders, and associates at all levels.
- Key responsibilities include communicating effectively in verbal and written form, making computer inquiries and entries, and prioritizing work to ensure timely completion.
- The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in Accounting or Business, with a GPA of at least 3.0, or at least two years of direct professional office experience.
- Direct insurance agency/company experience with Life products is a plus, and the ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute with 85% accuracy is required.
- Flexibility for occasional and/or seasonal overtime is also necessary.
