Role Purpose:
Accountable for crafting and executing marketing strategies that align with the organization's overarching business objectives.

Oversees and coordinates the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, policies, advertising campaigns, event support, and digital promotions.

Tackles intricate marketing challenges and navigates diverse variables in scenarios with limited standardization. Evaluates work-related situations and makes informed decisions effectively.

Acts as a collaborative team member within the department and organization, undertaking any assigned responsibilities to best support the company.


Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervising team members, which encompasses staffing, training, coaching, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
  • Successfully executing marketing initiatives as evidenced by positive financial outcomes for the company.
  • Monitoring the success of marketing programs and proposing recommendations for potential enhancements and modifications.
  • Managing departmental operations and assigned personnel within budgetary constraints.
  • Completing projects and reports accurately and punctually.
  • Coordinating the launch of new products and value-added services.
  • Participating in sales meetings to present information and contribute to committee discussions. Organizing food shows and seminars.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
  • 6 Years of Marketing experience with team leadership or supervisory roles.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 10 Years of Marketing experience within the foodservice sector with supervisory responsibilities.
