Position Overview

The Marketing Assistant at MAT Holdings will be responsible for managing product data across various online platforms and internal websites. This role is crucial for enhancing sales performance, conversion rates, and channel support.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the product manager in overseeing the product portfolio, focusing on online content and messaging. Create, implement, and oversee e-commerce information to guarantee optimal product content on customer websites and internal platforms. Analyze e-commerce KPIs to drive improvements and achieve performance targets. Manage product content, including descriptions, marketing materials, digital assets, and videos for major retailers. Support all internal websites with item setup, descriptions, marketing content, and digital assets. Maintain and enhance the company's presence on social media platforms, sharing news and product information to engage customers.

Strong commitment to deliverables, with excellent follow-up skills and consistency in actions. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficient in creating compelling marketing copy and product content. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Experience in cross-functional collaboration. Professional and reliable work ethic. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree preferred Approximately two years of experience in project management. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with SAP, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords is a plus.
