- Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth technical expertise regarding our product offerings, including their applications, features, advantages, and benefits.
- Sales Opportunities: Secure specifications and endorsements from engineering firms and major accounts to enhance sales prospects and profitability.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about competitive products and their market activities, providing regular reports to the management team.
- Strategic Participation: Engage in the formulation and execution of effective response strategies to market demands.
- Account Strategy: Collaborate with divisions to devise strategies that meet the product and service needs of assigned accounts.
- Cross-Divisional Support: Facilitate referrals and support for cross-divisional products and services.
- Training Provision: Deliver product training sessions for distributors and customers to enhance their understanding and usage of our offerings.
- Sales Motivation: Inspire and guide distributors in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred; a degree in Technical or Engineering fields is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Applications Engineering.
- Proven ability to maintain existing relationships while establishing new connections within large client organizations.
- Experience in direct sales to end users; familiarity with distributor management is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Hydraulic and/or Fluid products is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks.
