We are seeking a skilled Market Growth Strategist to join our team at Hydrite. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion within a designated territory.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the food industry and its trends. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs, while also identifying new business opportunities and growing existing relationships.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic business plan for the territory, including market research and competitor analysis;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders;
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations;
  • Collaborating with our technical services team to provide solutions to customer needs;
  • Providing regular updates and insights to management on market trends and customer activity;

In addition to your sales and business development skills, you will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or food science;
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the food industry;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
