A global leader in materials science and digital identification solutions, Avery Dennison Corporation seeks a dynamic Brand Growth Strategist to drive business expansion in the apparel industry.

Our offerings include labeling and functional materials, RFID inlays and tags, software applications, and products that optimize branded packaging and customer experiences.

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will leverage your knowledge, creativity, and strategic mindset to develop and execute growth initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills, ability to define new program requirements, manage end-to-end sales processes, and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Influencing customer business models and objectives to ensure their success
  • Managing product development from customer briefing to final approval, deployment, and order acceptance
  • Oversight of end-to-end sales process using digital systems and processes (Oracle SalesCloud, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Eloqua, pricing, and product specification tooling)
  • Developing and presenting global price proposals and escalating price approvals in competitive bidding processes
  • Resolving complex order, quality, or deployment issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships through detailed information provision and support
  • Strong experience and proficiency in prospecting, social selling, and customer outreach
  • Participation in store audits, leading customer meetings, and maintaining account planners
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and product innovations
  • Cross-functional collaboration to support sales growth and product development initiatives
  • Mentoring Associate Brand Managers as a point of escalation and guidance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, sales, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the apparel industry, product management, or related roles
  • Proven customer service, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in technical and digital skills, including Google Suite, ERP (Oracle preferred), pricing tools, and product/customer databases
  • Strong data analytics skillset to drive decision-making; comfortable with quantitative analysis and storytelling using data
  • Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Flexible attitude with an eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities within a global Fortune 500 organization
  • Ability to travel up to 30% annually

Salary Estimate

$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience
