AI Revenue Growth Strategist

At the forefront of enabling Artificial Intelligence across various industries, Scale is rapidly expanding its revenue streams. As a key member of the Revenue team, you will ensure seamless visibility of income across multiple products and accounts. This role bridges the gap between Operations, Go-to-Market, Analytics, and Finance to guarantee that all closed deals are accurately reflected in Scale's systems.
This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter who excels in fast-paced environments, handling complexity with ease. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be passionate about building sustainable internal processes. Your Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish revenue processes for new product launches, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Employ strong analytical skills to investigate root cause revenue discrepancies, propose solutions, and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Reconcile data between systems/sources to identify differences, working closely with engineering and product to resolve discrepancies and develop solutions.
- Contribute to the development of automated consumption tracking solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify areas for automation, and implement tools to enhance efficiency.
- Continuously improve the revenue process by identifying opportunities for growth and providing actionable feedback.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with finance, engineering, accounting, and analytics teams to ensure the accuracy of all revenue data.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably at a fast-moving start-up.
- An undergraduate and/or graduate degree in business, accounting, or finance.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity, with excellent communication skills and the capacity to present insights to stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong quantitative skills and a willingness to delve into data analysis.
- The capacity to think from first principles, iterate quickly, and deliver results in high-pressure environments.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable navigating uncertainty, and possessing a strong sense of determination.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year. Location: Flexible, but ideally based in Los Angeles or New York City.
