About the Role:
The Investment Banking Program Analyst position is a part of our Corporate & Investment Banking division. This structured program offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience at one of the most respected financial institutions globally. Analysts will have the chance to work across various lines of business and locations, with placements determined by candidate interests and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and monitor Leveraged Finance transactions, focusing on credit, leverage, and covenant assessments.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses autonomously, including market trends, pricing, and structural evaluations relevant to clients.
  • Collaborate with Leveraged Finance Origination bankers and credit partners to deliver exceptional service.
  • Assist deal teams in preparing presentations and marketing materials for clients and investors.
  • Work closely with all team members to ensure seamless execution of client transactions.
  • Enhance understanding of market dynamics to support transaction structuring and pricing.
  • Maintain databases related to debt issuance, secondary trading, and syndication.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in an Investment Banking Program or equivalent through work, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to a career in financial services.
  • Willingness to work extended hours in a collaborative team setting.
  • Background in banking or capital markets.

Job Expectations:
  • Completion of FINRA Series 63, Series 79, and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exams within the first 90 days of employment.
