Position Title: Senior Analyst in Quantitative Finance

Location: Multiple locations

Role Summary:

As part of the Corporate Investments Group, you will leverage your expertise in one or more of the following areas: Coding, Scripting/Implementation, Mathematical Modeling, Economics, Statistics, Theory/Valuation, or Financial Economics. You will be responsible for executing quantitative analytics and modeling initiatives, utilizing both analytical skills and intuition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of banking and Treasury models and processes, including balance sheet management, liquidity, global funding, and market risk.
  • Apply advanced quantitative methodologies such as statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and mathematical optimization.
  • Address and resolve issues that arise during the daily operation of models and processes.
  • Implement high-quality production code, primarily using Python and R programming languages.
  • Create web-based tools for visualizing model outputs and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all model maintenance requirements.
  • Engage in model research and development focusing on quantitative finance, financial engineering, and mathematical optimization.
  • Conduct data analytics and reporting tasks.
  • Design or enhance software applications utilizing R, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
  • Write modular, production-ready, and unit-tested code in a collaborative environment.
  • Utilize Linux OS effectively, including command line operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quantitative role or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in model research and development, emphasizing quantitative finance, statistical modeling, and mathematical optimization.
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Quantitative Finance, Mathematical Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related discipline.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift.
