Clinical Nurse II
- Conduct health evaluations, assessment services, and initiate treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Deliver education and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Gather medical histories, perform comprehensive physical assessments, and administer necessary treatments.
- Facilitate educational counseling sessions for patients.
- Serve as a mentor for patients and healthcare agencies.
- Must have graduated from an accredited Nursing School.
- At least one year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
- Proficient in standard software applications.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas.
- Possess a valid Texas driver's license.
Note: Employees may be required to work overtime and weekends with prior notice.
- Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to travel to various work site locations.
JUVENILE: Position may involve working within a secured facility, which includes the necessity of restraining youths and being on-call for emergencies.
A pre-employment background investigation will be conducted. The hiring process includes a Criminal History Review, Traffic Violations Record, Physical Examination, and Background Investigation.
