About the Role

Sollis Health is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our concierge service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences and ensuring seamless operations in our clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to patients, ensuring a high level of customer service and setting the tone for their experience.
  • Manage patient accounts, including scheduling appointments, registration updates, and daily schedule reconciliation, using our EMR system.
  • Enter membership leads and patient demographics into Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments for medical evaluations, vaccinations, and house calls as needed.
  • Address patient questions and concerns promptly, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Answer the Sollis medical hotline and direct patients to the appropriate team members for their medical care, billing questions, or other needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space, adhering to Sollis brand standards.
  • Distribute mail and facilitate mailing items to members, as needed.
  • Check inventory and restock supplies, partnering with the inventory coordinator to ensure adequate stock levels.
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of previous hospitality and/or medical office experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent administrative background, especially in managing customers on the phone.
  • Ability to efficiently execute established office routines and policies.
What We Offer

Sollis Health offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$29, depending on experience. We are a multi-state employer, and this rate may not reflect pay for positions performed solely in localities outside of San Francisco. Actual pay is dependent on several factors, including years of experience, location, education, and more.
