Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering and screening incoming calls, and providing exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues.
  • Coordinate visitor check-in, scheduling of conference rooms, and maintain daily awareness of meetings and vendors in the space.
  • Act as the eyes and ears of all activities in the front of the house, communicating with the CAID team as needed.
  • Maintain front of house conference rooms, ensuring they are tidy and clean for upcoming meetings.
  • Execute daily tasks, including inventorying and stocking supplies, and providing pantry and office services.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and receiving, and assist with special projects as directed by the VP or Office Manager.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
