Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless welcome experience for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Oversee the front desk operations, including managing the reception inbox, monitoring reception metrics, and providing administrative support.
  • Coordinate with the facilities team to ensure all systems are in working order and provide amenity support as needed.
  • Assist with vendor management, invoicing, and coding.
  • Provide basic IT support and maintain the office supply inventory.

  • Support the concierge services, including coat and luggage check-in, welcome packets, coffee services, and reservation assistance.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or event planning.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English is required, and Spanish is a plus.
