Compensation:
$72,000 - $78,000

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Care Supervisor with experience in healthcare settings or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that direct care staff deliver compliant and quality care.
  • Provide training and support to agency staff regarding treatment orders and services in accordance with agency policies.
  • Oversee timely initiation of care for referrals and maintain accurate documentation for any delays or non-admissions.
  • Manage a caseload of clients effectively.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans; set achievable personal goals with patients; regularly reassess and adjust care plans as necessary in collaboration with healthcare providers.
  • Conduct all required supervisory and comprehensive assessment visits as per agency policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate coordination of care among direct care staff and external healthcare providers.
  • Act as a liaison between the agency and healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and set a professional example for direct care staff.
  • Oversee orientation and competency assessments for new staff members.
  • Provide direct supervision of newly hired clinicians and ensure compliance with supervision regulations and documentation.
  • Address and resolve issues related to patient care in a timely manner.
  • Compile and provide necessary reports as directed.
  • Participate in staff orientation, continuing education, and quality improvement programs as needed.
  • Engage in staff development activities and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
  • Serve on the administrative on-call team, ensuring proper documentation of on-call activities.
  • Assist in gathering data for agency evaluations and reports as assigned by management.
