We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Clinic Supervisor to lead our Youth Services team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of behavior analysts, therapists, and support staff
- Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans and programs to meet the unique needs of each child and family
- Conduct behavioral evaluations, assessments, and home/community visits as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
- Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports, including billing and productivity metrics
- Stay up-to-date with state and federal regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards
- Participate in community activities and outreach efforts to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients and partners
- Master's or doctoral degree in a human-related field, such as psychology, social work, or education
- Independent licensure or certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or ASD
- Excellent clinical and leadership skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
