POSITION OVERVIEW
The LVN Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the Clinical Supervisor to ensure seamless coordination of care, effective service delivery, and appropriate management of patient care. This position involves assisting in the oversight of all clinical nursing personnel, including RNs, LVNs, and HHAs, while providing essential training, mentoring, and coaching as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Current and unencumbered Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of employment.
- Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of one year of experience in home health care is required.
- Valid CPR certification, obtained through an in-person course that includes a practical skills evaluation.
- Familiarity with OASIS documentation requirements is essential.
- Adherence to accepted professional standards and practices.
- Strong observational, verbal, and written communication skills.
