  • Provide insight on and support the execution of restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning with guidance and support from the Sr Director, People Experience & HRBP, and management.
  • Execute company-wide programs within Revenue and Operations, including the annual performance and compensation cycle, engagement survey action planning, etc., with the programs team's support.

What you bring

  • 8+ years of experience in all areas of HR (comp, benefits, operations, programs) and using these skills to contribute to cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving for the business and with a company-wide lens.
  • Passionate about building relationships with all levels of management, employees, and cross-functional partners. The right candidate can flex from doing very tactical work to strategic initiatives multiple times a day. Ability to influence outcomes at all levels is also required.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where priorities and projects frequently shift. Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and maintain focus and efficiency in a high-pressure setting. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions in uncertain or rapidly evolving situations is required.
  • Demonstrates impeccable judgment and integrity in all decisions and actions. Consistently makes well-informed choices, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals, while adhering to the highest ethical standards. Maintains confidentiality, acts with honesty, and earns the trust of colleagues and stakeholders through transparency and accountability.
  • Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. Adept at tailoring messages to suit the context and the audience, whether in presentations, reports, or everyday interactions. Demonstrates active listening and the ability to engage in meaningful dialogue, ensuring clarity, understanding, and alignment.
  • Possesses a data-first mindset, with the ability to scrutinize, provide insights, and collaborate on initiatives to enhance data outcomes. This role is not required to perform data analysis or metrics directly.
