About the Job

We are looking for a talented Neuroscience Account Development Manager to join our team in Meridian, ID. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our neuroscience portfolio and developing strategic account plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to meet sales targets and expand our market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather market insights, trends, and customer feedback to inform sales decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sales, preferably in a CNS/neuroscience specialty.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
