About the Opportunity

As a Psychiatry Portfolio Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and executing sales and marketing strategies for our psychiatry portfolio. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement account plans that meet customer needs and organizational goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, including experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience, such as depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing account plans to drive sales performance
  • Building and maintaining productive internal and external relationships based on customer needs and organizational goals
  • Gathering and validating key trends and dynamics in the market, mapping account linkages, and applying comprehensive therapeutic knowledge to uncover and prioritize unique opportunities

We offer a competitive salary range of $117,000 - $137,000 per year, with eligibility for a sales incentive target of $37,500.
