Job Purpose

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in a specified region or major geographic area by building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and competency at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual sales strategies to meet corporate goals
  • Act as liaison with Tribal gaming personnel to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Represent Aries Technology at trade shows to promote products and build brand awareness
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition to stay ahead in the market
  • Prepare periodic sales reports to showcase sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
  • Coordinate complex decision-making processes and overcome objections to closure
  • Adhere to all company and department policies and procedures
  • Promote a clean, safe, and healthy work environment
  • Maintain confidentiality of company proprietary information and records
Requirements
  • Works independently with a high degree of creativity and latitude
  • Supervision responsibilities are limited to specific work situations and projects
  • Interfaces with all departments regarding gaming network issues and has responsibility and authority to initiate investigations and troubleshooting
  • Current knowledge of NIGC rules and regulations
  • Ability to stay current on all aspects of the industry, including back-end systems, compacts, legislative changes
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
