- Oversee the selling of and may also sell the company's products and services
- Provide input and participate in the marketing of products and services
- Manage District Sales Managers, Sales Coordinators, and Specialists within the region
- Sources new sales talent
- Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License issued by your state of legal residence
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of foodservice sales experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required
- Previous District Sales Management experience or other Sales management preferred
- Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficient financial and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as customer service and presentation abilities
- Proficient computer skills; should be proficient with Microsoft Office products
