Key Responsibilities:

  • Desktop and Laptop Support: Prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and other IT accessories for use by end users, including SOS personnel and Boards of Elections' election night reporting computers.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to users with Microsoft Technology and MAC computers, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and other technical issues.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot a variety of software, hardware, and other technical issues related to IT equipment and systems.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in State Government IT help desk or similar field is preferred.

Requirements:

  • 30% of the role will involve preparing desktops, laptops, monitors, and other IT accessories for use by end users.
  • 50% of the role will involve providing technical support to users with Microsoft Technology and MAC computers.
  • 20% of the role will involve troubleshooting a variety of software, hardware, and other technical issues.
