Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Software Technology Inc. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their IT needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Desktop and Laptop Support: Prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and other IT accessories for use by end users, including SOS personnel and Boards of Elections' election night reporting computers.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to users with Microsoft Technology and MAC computers, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and other technical issues.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot a variety of software, hardware, and other technical issues related to IT equipment and systems.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in State Government IT help desk or similar field is preferred.
Requirements:
- 30% of the role will involve preparing desktops, laptops, monitors, and other IT accessories for use by end users.
- 50% of the role will involve providing technical support to users with Microsoft Technology and MAC computers.
- 20% of the role will involve troubleshooting a variety of software, hardware, and other technical issues.
