Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily office needs, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front desk area and surrounding offices.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
