Job Summary:

As an IT Support Specialist at Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our organization's users, addressing their technical issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-user computer support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our information systems
Collaborate with other IT department staff to resolve complex technical issues
Assist with routine maintenance and monitoring functions of software applications
Maintain departmental resource and support schedules

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent required
Previous computer support or help-desk experience preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members
