The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business development, office management, investor relations, or a similar capacity within a financial or professional services firm. They will be responsible for preparing materials, travel logistics, and event management in relation to investor meetings, conferences, and other business development activities.

Required qualifications include:

Star Mountain Capital offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $70-90K, equity package, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision package, 50% coverage on monthly gym memberships, cell phone stipend, tuition support, and other bespoke benefits.
