Business Development Representative, Southeast

Xplor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Southeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, and driving revenue growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners in the Southeast region.
- Work closely with our internal teams, including Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support, to onboard new businesses and ensure seamless integration.
- Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using Salesforce to maximize sales opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and proposals using our electronic applications to effectively communicate the value of our payment processing services.
- Educate merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry, highlighting the benefits of our solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with your sales leadership to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
- Closing sales of our payment processing services to meet expected minimum requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience.
- Valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Must exhibit a hunter mentality, professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency.
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
- Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals.
