Southeast Territory Sales Manager for Building Materials and Architectural Coatings

ICP Group, a leading formulator and manufacturer of specialty coatings, adhesives, and sealants, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to serve as a key representative in the Southeast market. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business development plan to increase sales and market share in the Southeast
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and influencers in the region
- Travel extensively to meet with customers, attend industry events, and provide product training and demonstrations
- Monitor sales reports and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
- Proven sales track record with a focus on new business generation
- Exceptional verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to train customers and provide product knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and business objectives
- Experience in the building materials and architectural coatings industry, with a strong understanding of product applications and specifications
