Patient Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at Southeast Primary Care Partners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Responsibilities- Greet patients and manage wait times in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist patients with intake processes, including copying required documents and collecting payments.
- Manage cashier box and daily deposits according to company policies.
- Process walk-in patients and visitors, and schedule appointments as needed.
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with patient outreach and communication, including next-day reminders and follow-up calls.
- Manage medical records, including scanning and filing documents, and preparing records for scheduling.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- One year of related work experience, including data entry and medical office procedures.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10/CPT coding.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
