Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Southeast Home Improvement, Inc. (SeHi Inc). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business-to-business (B2B) sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients to secure new business.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales or related fields with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software to manage sales activities and customer relationships.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client sites.
