Restoration Project Manager

This esteemed commercial restoration company is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Reconstruction Project Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:- Lead reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- 3-5+ years of project management experience in reconstruction or a related field.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Xactimate, DASH, MICA experience a plus.
- IICRC qualifications in Fire, Water, and Mold restoration highly encouraged.
- Commercial and residential construction experience.
- Background in reconstruction and mitigation.
- Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
