Reconstruction Project Manager Opportunity

This esteemed commercial restoration company is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Reconstruction Project Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of project management experience in reconstruction or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Xactimate, DASH, MICA experience a plus.
  • IICRC qualifications in Fire, Water, and Mold restoration highly encouraged.
  • Commercial and residential construction experience.
  • Background in reconstruction and mitigation.
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
