The Restaurant Operations Manager is accountable for ensuring that the overall functioning of the establishment meets Dunkin' Brands and Company standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, Brand standards, and Company values
  • Maintain a strong focus on achieving 100% Guest Satisfaction
  • Develop innovative strategies to boost sales and enhance guest loyalty

  • Experience in the food service sector is essential. Food Safety and Serve Safe Certification are advantageous
  • This role requires the ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds and involves motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
