Job Summary

As a vital part of TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants, the Restaurant Operations Leader at Olga's Kitchen plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our establishment. We are seeking individuals who are dedicated, hardworking, and eager to contribute to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Identify staffing needs and lead the recruitment process
  • Complete onboarding paperwork for new hires
  • Evaluate team performance and provide coaching as necessary
  • Set clear, achievable goals for Assistant Managers and Supervisors
  • Inspire and lead the entire team with enthusiasm
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee records
  • Encourage an open-door policy for team communication
  • Conduct regular management meetings to discuss progress
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of the restaurant

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks throughout the shift, including lifting up to 25 pounds
